Terms of Use
1. Scope These

Terms of Use govern the use of the website operated by PIC Agency GmbH, Europaplatz 2, 10557 Berlin (“PIC”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, you accept these Terms of Use. They do not govern any representation, booking or service relationship, which is subject to separate individual agreements.

2. About PIC
PIC is a talent representation and creative partnerships agency. We represent talents, creators and artists and arrange, negotiate and manage cooperations between them and brands and other partners. The website presents our agency, our roster and our work.

3. Use of the website
You may use this website for information purposes and for contacting us. You agree not to misuse the website, not to impair its operation, and not to use any automated means to access or extract its content beyond ordinary use. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the website or parts of it at any time.

4. Intellectual property and content
All content on this website, including text, graphics, design, logos, photographs, videos and the marks “Partner in Crime” and “PIC”, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to PIC or to the respective rights holders. Images, names and likenesses of the talents we represent are used with consent and remain protected. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or otherwise use any content without our prior written consent or the consent of the respective rights holder.

5. No offer, no advice
The information on this website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute a binding offer, a warranty or professional advice, and no contract is concluded through the website. Representation and bookings are arranged exclusively on the basis of individual agreements.

6. Enquiries and bookings
Enquiries submitted through the website or by email are non- binding. A cooperation comes into effect only once it has been confirmed in a separate agreement. When we arrange a booking on behalf of a talent, we act as the talent’s authorised representative on the basis of a power of attorney.

7. External links
This website may contain links to external websites operated by third parties. We have no influence over their content and accept no responsibility for it. Responsibility for linked content lies solely with its respective provider.

8. Availability and liability
We endeavour to keep the website available and up to date but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. This limitation does not apply to injury to life, body or health, nor to liability under mandatory statutory provisions. For slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and only for the foreseeable, typical damage.

9. Data protection
Information on how we process personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy at [yourdomain.com/privacy].

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Where permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which a user has their habitual residence remain unaffected.

11. Changes
We may amend these Terms of Use with effect for the future. The version published on the website at the time of use applies.

12. Severability
Should any provision of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
